SesiFlow is currently in beta. This is a plain-language summary of how we handle data, not a dense legal document — if anything here is unclear, email us at support@sesiflow.com.
What SesiFlow stores
SesiFlow stores your account and workspace data. As a personal trainer using the product, you may enter client names, contact details (like phone numbers), session packages, scheduled sessions, attendance, payments, reminder history, and any notes you add. This information is stored so the product can work the way it's meant to — showing your clients, tracking their sessions left, and surfacing follow-ups.
How your data is used
Your data is used to provide the product to you: rendering your dashboard, client list, packages, sessions, payments, and reminder queue. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
WhatsApp reminders
SesiFlow prepares suggested WhatsApp reminder messages based on your clients' sessions and payments. These messages are never sent automatically — you review each one and choose to copy it or open WhatsApp yourself. SesiFlow only records that you marked a reminder as sent; it does not send or receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf.
Data storage
Data is stored using standard third-party cloud infrastructure. As a beta-stage product, we take reasonable care with your data, but we don't make specific security, encryption, or compliance certifications at this stage — please avoid storing anything highly sensitive (like full payment card numbers) inside SesiFlow.
Your control over your data
You can edit or remove clients, packages, sessions, and payments directly in the app at any time. If you'd like your workspace or account data deleted entirely, email support@sesiflow.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
SesiFlow is actively evolving during beta, and this policy may be updated as the product changes. We'll keep it in plain language.
