Beta status
SesiFlow is currently in beta. That means the product is provided as-is: features may change, and occasional bugs or downtime are possible while we work directly with early users to improve it.
Your data
You're responsible for the accuracy of the client, package, session, and payment information you enter into SesiFlow. We don't verify or guarantee the accuracy of data you or your clients provide.
No automatic messaging
SesiFlow does not automatically send WhatsApp messages to you or your clients. Every reminder is a suggested message that you review and choose to copy or send yourself, on your own terms.
Not financial or accounting advice
Payment tracking inside SesiFlow (paid, partially paid, unpaid) is a manual record you keep for your own business tracking. It is not accounting, tax, or financial advice, and shouldn't be relied on as your official financial records.
Reasonable use
Please use SesiFlow for its intended purpose — tracking your own coaching clients and sessions — and not for anything illegal or intended to harm the service or other users.
Changes during beta
Because SesiFlow is in active beta, features, pricing, and these terms may change as the product develops. We'll aim to keep changes reasonable and communicate anything significant.
